Job profile
Preparing patients for minimally invasive aesthetic treatments
Planning and organizing appointments (we have an online booking tool)
Collecting payments, creating any necessary invoices, placing orders, keeping rooms clean between treatments.
Performing treatments on clients, such as PRX, PRP, microneedling, taking photos, educating and advising patients
Recording, editing and posting Instagram videos, assisting with administration
Optional: Performing venous blood draws and inserting venous access for vitamin infusions
They bring with them
Experience in aesthetic medicine is a must for us.
Completed training as a beautician or as a medical practice assistant (MPA).
A penchant for beauty treatments
A well-groomed appearance
Ideally with professional experience in aesthetic medicine, optionally neurology.
Efficient work style and enjoyment of organization
Motivation and willingness to actively participate
Warm and caring treatment of patients
Very good German and good English skills
Flexibility, reliability and resilience in hectic situations
The practice is located in the heart of Zurich, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station. We perform virtually all minimally invasive facial cosmetic treatments. We offer a wide range of treatment options using the latest equipment: microneedling by DermaPen, radiofrequency microneedling by SylfirmX, a 3D photo device for skin analysis by Quantificare, a self-dispensing pharmacy, and we are always equipped with the latest technology and highly digitalized. Our experience and excellent organization guarantee a smooth professional day.
