Job profile

Preparing patients for aesthetic minimally invasive treatments

Planning and organizing appointments (we have an online booking tool)

Collecting money, creating any invoices, placing orders, keeping rooms clean between treatments.

Carrying out treatments on the customer, such as PRX, PRP, microneedling, taking photos, informing and advising the patients

Recording, editing and posting Instagram videos, helping with administration

Optional: Performing venous blood sampling and establishing venous access for vitamin infusions

You bring

Experience in aesthetic medicine is a must for us

A training as a beautician completed training as a MPA Medical Practice Assistant

A passion for beauty treatments

A well-groomed appearance

Ideally with professional experience in the field of aesthetic medicine, optionally neurology

Efficient working methods and enjoyment of organizing

Motivation and willingness to actively participate

Warm treatment of patients

Very good German and good English skills

Flexibility, reliability and resilience in hectic situations
