What is Sylfirm X?

Sylfirm X is a high-performance medical device that combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling and features the so-called NA effect, a particularly gentle effect of the microneedles. How does Sylfirm X work?

Treatment with Sylfirm X is based on two synergistic principles of action:

1. Microneedling

The skin is perforated in a controlled manner using special, fine, gold-plated microneedles, creating microchannels into deeper skin layers. These micro-injuries activate the skin's natural repair processes and improve its absorption of active ingredients as well as blood circulation. At the same time, the skin's texture is refined and collagen production is stimulated, thus addressing various skin problems.

2. Fractional RF technology with NA effect
